Terms:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover accepted.
Net 30 Days on approved credit only.
Any other special terms are subject to approval by Classique Eyewear Management.


Merchandise returns will not be accepted as payment against outstanding invoices.
All styles sold at special discounted pricing will not be accepted for refund, exchange or credit.


Shipping Services:

Orders received by 12:00 pm PST will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Unless otherwise specified, all carriers and methods of shipping will be at our discretion.
Expedited Shipping requests will incur additional shipping charges in excess of regular carrier Ground Rates.


Frame Warranty:
All frames are under warranty for a period of 1 year from the date that frame orders are shipped.
Warranty applies ONLY to defects in frame manufacturing, frame construction, frame materials or frame finishing.


Warranty Disclaimer:
Frames are not warranted against lab negligence, breakage, bending out of existing shape, scratching caused by lab technician error, or by lab equipment, apparatus, tools or heating, bending or shaping processes.

Frames are not warranted against breakage caused through poor frame handling, negligence, error or abuse by optician, doctor, lab technician, consumer/frame wearer.

Frames are not warranted against patient and/or consumer breakage, abuse or negligent frame handling, including but NOT limited to dropping of frame, pet abuse, or the continuous bending or reshaping of frame and/or temples, tension placed on hinges or removal of temple tips, nose pads and frame lenses.


Return Policies:

  1. All frame returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that is given ONLY by the Classique Eyewear, Inc. management, customer service personnel, or authorized sales representative or respective territory manager.
  2. If authorized by the sales representative, it must contain a RMA sticker given to the customer by the representative with the date, representative’s name, signature, and original purchase order or invoice number on which the fame was originally purchased and/or invoiced.
  3. Frames must be returned in the original condition and manner in which they were shipped out from Classique Eyewear, Inc.to the customer, that is with original demo lenses intact on the frames, in original poly bag with frame label indicating frame description, color, size and UPC barcode label if originally present on the bag, frame case and cleaning cloth, related P.O.P. materials if originally shipped with returned frames.
  4. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the value of all returned frames to cover the costs incurred by Classique Eyewear, Inc in the receiving, inspection, documenting frame condition, reasons for return, noting of reasonableness of defective frame claim or normal wear and tear in the ordinary course of wearing and use of frame.
  5. A charge of $5.00 will be deducted off any credit memo issued for every frame not returned together with the case in which it was originally shipped.
  6. A charge of $5.00 will be deducted from any credit memo for any original parts (as mentioned in paragraph 2 above) not included with any frame.
  7. No credit will be issued for any frames Not returned in the original condition in which they were originally shipped by Classique Eyewear, Inc.
  8. No credit will be issued for any frame determined by Classique Eyewear’s Returns Department personnel to have been deliberately or negligently scratched, bent, reshaped, mishandled, dropped, trampled on by human/ animal feet or body weight, driven over by any moving bicycle/ vehicle, pet abuse, impacted by excessive force, and /or abused in any other way not already stated herein.
  9. Frames returned for exchange against new frame orders are subject to a 2-for-1 Exchange. For example: 10 Frames returned for exchange are subject to a replacement/refill order of a minimum of 20 new frames.
  10. All authorized credit returns and claims for defective returns determined to be reasonable will be processed and issued within 30 days of receipt of returned merchandise by Classique Eyewear, Inc.
